Roles and Responsibilities:-  Define the organization structure as per the changing dynamics and counsel CEO Handle the proceedings of financial transactions in compliance with guidelines Handle the due diligence activity vis-à-vis onboarding of Vendors, Service Providers, Partners and other stakeholders in convergence with relevant vertical head Maintain the existing infrastructure and develop new incubation centers/ co-working spaces as approved by GoAP Plan the annual budget to meet the business objectives of the organization in convergence with core functional heads Plan the Executive Council meetings and ensure proper documentation of the proceedings Documentation of best practices vis-à-vis Human resource Management, Financial Management, Stakeholder Management Provide active support to activities of other verticals Clearly estimate annual budget requirements and assist the CEO to monitor the budget utilization of the organization Correspondence with Government for budget allocation and release

Roles and Responsibilities:-  Design the programs and implement strategies to achieve the organization goals for development of start-up ecosystem in the state Creation of comprehensive systems to track the development of start-up ecosystem in the state Design the promotional activities in convergence with relevant vertical heads to nurture and drive the start-up culture. Facilitate the transformation of potential innovative ideas into products/processes by onboarding key stakeholders such as Investors, Mentors, Technology partners etc. Assess and evaluate the various Proposals/Projects/Policy amendments essential for the development of Start-up Ecosystem Define, Calibrate, implement and monitor the High Impact projects such as Incubation/Acceleration programs, Development of VC & Mentor networks, Centers of Excellence, Prototyping spaces & test beds etc. Devise blue-prints for comprehensive digital platform to facilitate onboarding as well as outreach programs Encourage industry and national & international academia collaboration for the development of startup and innovation ecosystem to develop a robust system that can seamlessly perform the operational functions associated with grounding new startups in the State, such as, assisting with attaining relevant permissions, allocation of infrastructure, processing incentive applications etc. Develop use cases in collaboration with all stakeholders and provide access to such use cases for startups to develop solutions work with State and Central Governments to create a "fund-of-funds" for startups; conceptualize and develop criteria for bringing investors on board into this fund
